I don’t knowingly collect data about your visit to my site but it seems I need a privacy policy, so this is it. It appears cookies probably collect data about your visit but I don’t fully understand how this happens or how to stop it happening, let alone how to look at the data collected or how to use it. This data certainly won’t ever be used by me for marketing purposes or passed on to third parties.

Sets a technical cookie recording you deny consent, you won't be asked again.

Remove

Removes the consent cookie from your browser. Or so I understand.

Off Line Privacy Policy:

If you call me I am likely to request some or all of the following pieces of information about you. Your name, phone number, postal address, which boiler you have.

This information is kept in a traditional hand-written enquiry note book (not a computer database), and kept in my personal possession until a new notebook is started. Full notebooks are stored in my office at my securely locked home address and kept for three years.

This information is used to respond to your message(s) and to keep in touch with you throughout the progress of your boiler repair.

Office copies of invoices issued to customers contain the customer’s name and address, and are kept for six years.

None of your personal data will ever be passed on to third parties unless at your specific request.

None of your personal information will ever be used for general marketing purposes other than by me to possibly remind you when your boiler is next due for servicing. No system for this is currently set up.
